We want to strengthen our administrative and commercial service with :

Function : Administrative commercial employee FR/NL M/F
 You create the orders for our customers in ERP NAVISION/Business Central
 You are responsible for creating the cross-border files for waste disposal
 You daily create and check the billing
 You create reports in MS Office
 You register and process complaints
 You create the orders for our suppliers (stock tracking)
 You answer incoming calls and inform customers based on their requests
 You support the accountmanagers in their tasks (create commercial correspondence, contact by telephone and create offers)
 You are responsible for creating and updating the customer base
 In turn you take care of welcoming drivers and external visitors
 During holiday periods you replace your colleagues of planning and administration

Your profile
You have at least a bachelor's degree in an administrative and/or commercial direction.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office. Experience with ERP / Navision / Business Central is a plus.
You are perfect bilingual in both Dutch and French (both orally as in writing).
Experience in a production environment is a plus.
You are someone structured, you work very accurately and you have an eye for detail
You are an organizational talent and you work proactively.
Solution-oriented and customer satisfaction is your priority.
You are not afraid to take initiatives and decisions.
You think collectively and teamwork is essential to you.

Working hours fulltime 38H30 or 4/5 – office hours from 8H to 17H30
